Step 1. Run 'Console.app' - i.e. NOT Consola - which can be found at Applications/Utilities (use 'Spotlight'). Go to the 'console.log' logfile on the right side (you might have to click on ‘Logs' in the toolbar). Look for Consola related information, copy & paste it on your email report. Step 2. It is also convenient to 'Spotlight' the file 'consola.crash.log' and attach it. Step 3. Email support@consola.org |
