- What is Placecasting?
The basic description of Placecasting consists of setting up a Bluetooth-enabled computer at a particular location and then 'broadcasting' information & media such as text, images, Java, audio or video to other Bluetooth-enabled devices within range. Nearby 'Discoverable' Bluetooth devices are automatically sent a message asking if the user would like to receive the content. Consequently, Consola users can be described as a Placecasters.

- Why can I not select files?
You can only select content folders, not individual files. Consola was built in a way to allow users to send multiple content simultaneously. If you want to cast only a single file, place it on a empty folder, and Consola will only cast that file. The "Do not send already sent files" feature is found on the application Preferences, so if you add a file to a folder containing files that were already casted, Consola will only send the file you recently added.
